Privacy policy
Effective October 18, 2026
This privacy policy explains how Aramex Body Shop ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit this website or contact us through it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to this website and to inquiries made through it. It doesn't cover information we collect in person or offline, such as at our place of business.
By using this website, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, phone number, email address, the reason for your message and the message itself. When a form asks for them, we also collect vehicle details (year, make, model and VIN) and insurance claim details (insurance company and claim number).
- Phone calls and emails: whatever you choose to share with us, such as your contact details and information about the service you need.
Information collected automatically
- With a contact form message: your IP address; your approximate location based on that IP address (country, region, city and postal code); your browser, operating system and device type; your preferred language; the page you sent the form from; the website that referred you to us and any campaign tags in the link you followed; how long the form took to fill in; and the result of our spam checks.
- When you browse: pages viewed, the referring website, and your country and device type, counted in aggregate without identifying you.
- When you tap our phone number: we count the tap. We don't record who tapped it.
- By our hosting and security provider: technical information such as IP address and browser details, processed briefly to deliver the website and protect it from attacks.
Information we don't collect
We don't collect payment card details, passwords or precise GPS location through this website, and you don't need an account to use it. We don't knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as health information, Social Security numbers or financial account details). Please don't include it in a message to us.
Categories of personal information
Privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act group personal information into categories. In the past 12 months, Aramex Body Shop has collected:
- Identifiers: name, phone number, email address and IP address, and, when you provide them, a vehicle identification number (VIN) and an insurance claim number. Source: you, and your device.
- Internet or other electronic network activity: browser and device details, referring website, campaign tags and pages viewed. Source: your device.
- Geolocation data: approximate location derived from your IP address (not precise location). Source: your device.
- Other information you choose to send: the content of your messages. Source: you.
We don't collect sensitive personal information as defined by California law, and we don't create profiles or draw inferences about you.
How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- respond to your messages and calls, and provide the quotes, appointments and services you ask about;
- protect this website and our contact form from spam, fraud, abuse and security threats;
- understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use this website, so we can improve it;
- keep records of our communications with customers;
- comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, and protect our rights and the rights and safety of others.
We don't sell your personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. We won't use it for purposes that are materially different from those described here without telling you.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because we don't track visitors over time or across other websites, this website works the same way whether or not the signal is sent.
We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We don't sell or share personal information, so no further action is needed, and the website works the same either way.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy:
- The IP address, full browser details, city and postal code collected with a contact form message are deleted after 90 days. We keep the country, region and general browser and device type with the message.
- Messages identified as spam are deleted after 30 days.
- Other contact form messages are kept until we delete them.
- Records of calls, emails and services are kept as long as needed to serve you, keep business records, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see Your privacy rights).
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. This website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to contact form messages is limited to our staff and our website provider, using secure sign-in.
No website, internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security breach affecting your personal information, we'll notify you as required by law.
Your privacy rights
Everyone
Wherever you live, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll honor these requests where we reasonably can, even if no law requires it, unless we need to keep the information to complete a service you asked for or to meet a legal obligation.
California residents
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) gives you the right to:
- Know what personal information we've collected about you, the categories of sources, why we collected it, the categories of third parties we disclose it to, and the specific pieces of information we hold;
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We don't sell or share it, so there's nothing to opt out of;
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We don't collect it;
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We won't deny you service or charge you a different price.
California's "Shine the Light" law lets you ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We don't.
Residents of other states
Several other states, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Delaware, New Jersey and others, give their residents similar rights: to confirm whether we process your personal information, to access it and get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale, targeted advertising and profiling (we don't do any of these).
If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision and asking us to reconsider. We'll respond to your appeal in writing within the time the law allows. If you're not satisfied with the result, you can contact your state Attorney General.

We'll only use those details to verify you. You can use an authorized agent to make a request for you; we may ask for proof that you gave them permission and ask you to verify your identity directly.
We'll confirm that we received your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, up to another 45 days, we'll tell you why. There's no charge for making a request.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, as required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We don't sell or share the personal information of anyone, including consumers under 16.
If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, please contact us and we'll delete it.

This website links to other websites and services, such as maps, review sites and social media profiles. We don't control those sites, and this policy doesn't apply to them. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them, so please review those policies before sharing information there.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when our practices or the law change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
